– Organic OJ
– Cup oatmeal
– 2 cups diced pineapple
– 40 g almonds
– 40 g honey, raw
– 7 g cinnamon

PREPARATION:
1. Put the oats in pot with hot water and stir. Let it be cooked and cooled.
2. Combine the orange juice and pineapple juice.
3. Add almonds, cinnamon now and honey. Mix well.
4. Lastly, add the cooled oats and mix again.
Eat it this way or as smoothie, slushy, with ice or without. Take it daily for best results.
