As we know pigs feed themselves on almost everything which includes spoiled food, urine, and feces. Now, the toxin which gets accumulated in pig’s body due to consumption of poisonous things remains in the fat cells and organs of the animal.
Many parasites, infections and other creatures thrive in pigs, and most of these can be directly transmitted to people.
In fact, a recent study was conducted to know the danger of eating pork. Consumer Reports did an examination to about 500 meat samples and turns out that 69{96b8f52e9e734dc4449186c08df6bee533797ee5e9b2e7d28956124720fc2530} of it had been adulterated by dangerous chemicals and bacteria.
The research found out that Yersinia Enteroclitica, a dangerous microorganism that causes fever, gastrointestinal sickness, diarrhea, vomiting, and cramps had been injected to some of the samples.
Additional findings says that Ractopamine contaminant was found and it’s said that it causes death when consumed.
Apart from this, Trichinella was detected as well. It is a parasitic roundworm that causes discomfort, edema, fever and myalgia.
In order to avoid the health issues which can come up after consumption of pork meat, it is recommended to cook the meat on high temperatures. This will help to kill the intestinal parasites and infections present in pig’s body which is responsible for several diseases.
