Desperate Passenger Uses Amulet (Anting-Anting) To Enter NAIA as an INVISIBLE WOMAN

The NAIA Task Force against Trafficking in Persons (Naia-TFATP) caught a woman who was so desperate to work abroad as a caregiver, she wore an amulet that could turn her invisible in the airport.

According to the task force, the 25-year-old victim was instructed by the recruiter to avoid going through immigration making them believe that the airport insider may be waiting behind the counters, ready to affix Bureau of Immigration Border Stamps (BIBS) on the victim’s passport.

Before she was apprehended on May 20, she already tries to leave the country on May 17 and 19.

The victim told authorities that she bought the invisibility amulet for P750 from an Aeta tribesman, thinking she’ll make it this time.
