Scientists at the University of Eastern Finland suggests that eggs could play a crucial role in halting an epidemic of this condition. They think the results may be due to nutrients in eggs that improve the way the body metabolises sugar and help to dampen down inflammation which leads to chronic illness.
Here’s what you need to do:
1. Boil an egg in the evening and after you peel it make a few holes in it using a fork.
2. Put the egg in a bowl and pour vinegar over it. Leave it overnight.
3. In the morning, pour away the vinegar and you need to eat the egg.
4. While eating the egg, drink a glass of warm water in which you need to dissolve a tablespoon of vinegar.
IMPORTANT NOTE: As healthy as they are in so many ways, eggs should be consumed in moderation. While you are using this remedy, you need to be careful what food you are consuming and to remove the source that increased your blood sugar levels.
