People with blood type O are known as universal donors because they can donate blood to all other blood groups, but they can only receive blood from people with the same blood type.
They are born as a leader, one who’s extremely energetic and always focus on their goals and not letting anything to distract you from your chosen path. These characteristics make you a special person and everyone likes to have you around.
In Japan, you may even be asked about your blood type when interviewing for a job. People of blood type O are mainly described as committed, responsible, focused, conscientious, organized and practical.
However, people who are blood type O are more prone to developing ulcers, thyroid dysfunction, iodine deficiency, and low levels of thyroid hormones.
Hyperactive and Impulsive
According to some research, people with blood type O are commonly hyperactive and impulsive when under stress and they can also easily get irritated in such a situation. This higher sensitivity in a combination with an unhealthy diet and a more sedimentary lifestyle make you more prone to the harmful metabolic processes, such as slower thyroid activity, weight gain and insulin resistance. Furthermore, they also have high amounts of stomach acids which leads to a more sensitive stomach and eventually ulcer formation.
If you’re a blood type O, it is recommended to avoid consuming caffeine and alcohol. It is because caffeine can increase the level of adrenaline, which is already high in people of blood type O. You should also exercise at lease 3-4 times a week.
