Ladies you should pay attention if you have problems regarding with your period during the menstrual cycle.  The gynecologists warn us about these kinds of irregular symptoms and they shouldn’t be ignored. 
1. Absent Menstruation
If you have missed two or more menstrual cycles and you are pretty sure that you are not pregnant this can be a reason that you have a problem regarding menstrual cycle. Hormonal misbalance, thyroid problems, excessive workouts or diet, stress or premature menopause can be the reasons of absent menstruation. 
Absent menstruation can trigger to quicker growth of abnormal cells (potential condition before cancer). Except the usual treatment, your gynecologist should do a blood test and check your hormone level, your thyroid and he can check do you have polycystic ovaries.
2. Sudden and intensive cramps
If you experienced cramps that cause you unbearable pain, it means that you may suffer from endometriosis. You need to consult your doctor immediately. This can be a sign of myoma or hyperplasia.
5. Unbearable symptoms of PMS
These symptoms include changes in mood, food cravings uncontrolled high anxiety, depression, loss of self-control and anger. These symptoms can be so unpleasant, but with use of antidepressants for 2 weeks or 1 month, will make a big difference.
6. “Distressed” hormones
If you feel very bad a week before your menstruation is not a coincidence, especially if you suffer from asthma. There is a phenomenon called premenstrual magnification, where conditions like diabetes, depression or arthritis get much worse during the menstrual cycle. Consult a doctor for medications in order to reduce the symptoms
